How fast is turnaround?
It depends on the product, and the clock starts once you approve your proof. Banners, yard signs, business cards and stickers typically print in a few business days. Apparel and larger sign runs take a little longer. Vehicle graphics and wraps are scheduled per job. Need a firm date for an event? Tell us on the contact page and we'll confirm what's possible.
Do I get a proof before you print?
Yes — every custom job gets a free proof before anything goes to press or gets installed. Nothing prints until you approve it, so check spelling, colors, sizes and cut lines carefully.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG and PDF work for most jobs; vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) are best for signage and anything with crisp type or logos. Print at 150 DPI or better at final size. If a file looks low-res or off, we'll flag it in your proof instead of printing it wrong.
What materials do you print on?
Banners are 13oz scrim vinyl (mesh for windy spots), hemmed and grommeted. Yard signs are 4mm coroplast with H-stakes. We also print rigid signs, posters, business-card stocks, DTF and screen-print apparel, and weatherproof vinyl stickers and labels. Not sure what suits your job? How do vehicle graphics and wraps work?
Those are quote-only — we don't sell them through online checkout. Start on the vehicle graphics page with your vehicle details and coverage (lettering, decals, partial or full wrap, magnets) and we'll scope, measure and quote the job. Install happens at the shop or your location.
Is there a minimum order on apparel?
Screen printing has a minimum because of setup, so it's most cost-effective for larger runs; DTF prints economically in small quantities, even one-offs. Send your design, garment and quantity through the contact page and we'll recommend the right method and price.
Can I pick my order up instead of shipping it?
Yes — free local pickup at our Cincinnati shop is available on every order and is usually the fastest option. We'll email you when it's ready. See the Shipping & pickup page for details.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Banners and signs are made to your dimensions — enter them in the product configurator and the price updates live. For sizes beyond the online range, or for measured signage and vehicle work, request a quote.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll refund you or make it right. See the Returns & refunds page for what's covered.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments run entirely through Stripe's secure checkout — your card number never touches or gets stored on our servers.
