What we collect
- Account details — your name, email, and a hashed password if you create an account
- Order & quote details — what you ordered or asked us to quote, your contact and shipping information, and the artwork files you upload for printing
- Saved designs — if you design in Goldman Studio, we store your designs on your account so you can come back and reorder
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and performance
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout. Your card number never touches or gets stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is covered by the Stripe privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To produce, proof, ship or hand off your orders and send you order updates
- To prepare quotes and provide customer support and refunds
- To keep your saved designs available on your account
- To keep the site secure (fraud prevention, rate limiting)
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing
- Shipping carriers and our shipping-label provider — to deliver your order
- Our email provider — to send proofs, order updates and replies
- Our hosting, database and file-storage providers — to run the site and hold your uploads
Each provider only receives what it needs to do its job.
Your artwork & designs
Files you upload and designs you save stay yours. We use them only to produce your order and keep them on file so you can reorder easily. Ask us to delete them anytime.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies — keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. No third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing orders@goldmanprinting.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
