Free local pickup
Pickup at our shop is free on every order — often the same or next business day once your proof is approved. It's the fastest, cheapest way to get your order, and the only practical option for very large or rigid pieces. We're at 12145 Royal Point Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45249, and we'll email you the moment your order is ready to collect.
Ground shipping
Standard orders ship by flat-rate ground, shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over $75 for labels, business cards, flyers, DTF transfers and magnets, and over $150 for banners, signs, ACM panels and retractable stands. Delivery is typically 1–5 business days within the US after your order ships.
Oversize & freight
Large-format pieces — big banners, bundles of coroplast signs, rigid boards — can exceed standard parcel limits and may ship by dimensional weight or freight. If an item can't go at the flat rate, we'll quote shipping before anything ships, or you can pick it up free. Not sure how yours will ship? Ask us and we'll sort it out.
Vehicle graphics & installs
Vehicle wraps, graphics and on-site sign installation happen at the shop or at your location — not shipped. Those are quoted per job; start on the vehicle graphics page.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check order status anytime in your account.
