The basics

Goldman Printing LLC (“Goldman Printing,” “we,” “us”) is a wide-format print shop in Cincinnati, Ohio, producing banners, signs, vehicle graphics, business cards, apparel, stickers and related products, and providing installation services. By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using goldmanprinting.com, you agree to these terms.

Your artwork

• You must own the rights (or have permission) to print any artwork you supply. You are responsible for trademark, copyright and licensing compliance.
• You keep full ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited license to reproduce it only to produce and, where applicable, install your order.
• We may decline to print content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Proofs and approval

We print exactly what you approve. Review your proof carefully — spelling, colors, sizes, bleed and cut lines. Production begins after you approve the proof, and once a job is in production it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. On-screen and printed colors can differ, and color can vary between materials and print runs; this is inherent to printing and is not a defect.

Measurements and fit

When you supply the dimensions for a product — a banner size, a sign layout, a wall or window graphic, a vehicle panel — those measurements are your responsibility, and a product printed to your approved measurements is not returnable for fit. If you'd rather we measure, ask us to measure on site before the job is quoted; where Goldman Printing takes the measurements, we stand behind them.

Installation services

For vehicle graphics, wraps, and sign or wall installations, the install surface must be suitable and ready. You confirm that the vehicle or surface is clean, sound and operational, and you disclose known issues in advance.

• Vinyl bonds to the surface it is applied to. On removal — and sometimes on application — pre-existing conditions such as chipped, faded, aftermarket or previously repainted paint, rust, corrosion, dents, or residue and adhesive from prior wraps or decals can be affected. Goldman Printing is not responsible for damage arising from these pre-existing conditions.
• We'll tell you before installation if a surface looks unsuitable. Proceeding after that notice is at your risk.
• Removal of old graphics, deep cleaning, or paint correction, if needed, may be quoted separately.

Permits and placement

Sign permits, landlord or HOA approvals, zoning compliance, and any right to place a sign at a given location are your responsibility unless we agree in writing to handle them. We produce to your specification; we do not warrant that a sign is permitted at your intended location.

What we won't print

We decline orders containing sexually explicit material, hate symbols or extremist content, incitement of violence, counterfeit or trademark-infringing designs, and anything unlawful. If your order falls under this policy we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Pricing, quotes and payment

Online prices are shown before you pay and charged in USD via Stripe. Quoted jobs (including vehicle graphics, wraps, large or custom work, and installation) are valid for 30 days from the quote date unless stated otherwise; material and labor costs may change after that. We may correct obvious pricing errors before production, and if we do you may cancel for a full refund. Larger or custom jobs may require a deposit before we begin.

Turnaround, pickup and shipping

Turnaround depends on the product and starts after proof approval. Local pickup at our Cincinnati shop is available on most orders; pickup orders are held for 30 days, after which uncollected orders may be treated as abandoned. Shipped orders are quoted at checkout or by the shop for oversize and freight items. Turnaround estimates are targets we work hard to hit, but carrier and third-party delays outside our control can happen. See Shipping & pickup.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are custom-made to your approved proof, correctly produced orders are not returnable or refundable. Defective, damaged or incorrect orders are made right per our Returns & refunds policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order or installation is limited to the amount you paid for that order or installation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost business, downtime, or removal and reinstallation costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
